[LTA-HR] HR TRAINEE [GRIT@Gov][What you will be working on]
As a HR Trainee, you will be an integral part of LTA's Human Resources team, contributing to key HR functions with a strong focus on digitalization and process improvement. You will gain hands-on experience across areas such as HR business partnering, recruitment operations, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Digital HR Initiatives: Assist in the digitalization of internship and HR operations using tools such as Workday, Excel, and AI Bots. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate and enhance HR system functionalities.
HR Business Partnering and Process Analysis: Work closely with the HR Business Partnering (HRBP) team to understand core HR processes and collaborate with Centres of Excellence (COEs). Map and analyse HR processes, simulate user journeys, and identify opportunities to streamline, digitize, or automate manual tasks. Present insights and improvement recommendations to the HRBP team for further exploration and implementation.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Support recruitment activities including candidate screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination. Assist in preparing onboarding materials and facilitating orientation sessions for new hires and interns.
