[LTA-HR] ASSISTANT MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE (TALENT ATTRACTION)[What you will be working on]
Join our dynamic Talent Attraction Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of land transport by hiring the right people to drive our mission forward. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and screening to interviewing, recommending, and onboarding successful candidates across a wide range of roles.
Beyond day-to-day recruitment, you will be an ambassador of LTA's employer brand. This includes conducting career talks and representing the organisation at recruitment fairs targeted at students (across all education levels) and mid-career professionals. Your work will directly support our mission to attract top talent and promote meaningful careers in the land transport sector.
[What we are looking for]
A tertiary qualification in any discipline.
Experience in recruitment and familiarity with Workday will be an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities to assess talent fit and improve recruitment strategies.
A self-starter with initiative, resourcefulness, and a continuous drive for improvement.
A team player who is also highly independent and motivated to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
