[What the role is]
Manager/Deputy Manager, Financial Planning[What you will be working on]
You will be part of the team in charge of LTA's financial planning and financial resource management/governance. You will be involved in a broad spectrum of financial planning functions, comprising key functions as follows:
Planning and running the annual budget exercises, which includes compilation and review of budget proposals during annual budget exercises, preparation of consolidated budget proposals to LTA Management and Ministry, etc.
Budget utilisation monitoring, preparation of management reports/variance analysis on budget utilisation & reporting to Senior Management.
Business partner to selected LTA Groups, which includes funding/budgeting advisory services and support to internal stakeholders for their projects, and review of funding proposals for submission to LTA Management or Ministry.
Perform operational tasks such as updates of LTA systems budget/finance related transactions/records, and
Planning/execution of process digitalisation/budget system upgrade projects to meet new/existing business needs, etc.
Your role will also require you to work closely with LTA Groups to propose, review and justify funding models/needs to secure the required funding during Ministry Block Budget Exercise.
[What we are looking for]
Knowledge in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification such as engineering.
Minimum 4-5 years relevant working experience is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, resourceful and able to work independently.
Hands-on and effective team player with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Meticulous with numbers and competent in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of SAP, data analytics/visualisation tools & coding such as RPA will be an added advantage.
