Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Low Code Engineer to support the development, testing, automation, and deployment of applications using low-code platforms such as IMS 2.0. The ideal candidate will work within Agile frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure continuous maintenance of core applications and common services to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the IMS 2.0 application using low-code tools and Agile development practices.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements and sprint goals.
- Support QA and DevOps activities including testing, automation, and deployment processes as part of the Agile sprint cadence.
- Ensure seamless integration, troubleshooting, and efficient deployment pipelines, leveraging automation tools to enhance development cycles.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for IMS 2.0 and associated Common Services, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide solutions, and implement best practices in application development and maintenance.
- Monitor system health, resolve issues promptly, and implement enhancements to improve user experience and system performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Atleast 3 years of experience in low-code or no-code development platforms (such as OutSystems, Mendix, PowerApps, or similar).
- Solid understanding of Agile development practices and sprint-based delivery models.
- Experience in QA processes, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps tools for continuous integration and deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with enterprise system architecture, APIs, and integrations is an advantage.
