Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Configure and customise Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions within the Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) framework.
Develop applications using ServiceNow App Engine, including data models, business logic, and user interfaces.
Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and support automation using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and government regulatory standards.
Support troubleshooting, system enhancements, and technical documentation.
4-6 years of ServiceNow development experience (7+ years for senior roles).
Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM implementation and customisation.
Experience developing applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and Service Portal development.
Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CSM Implementation Specialist, or Application Developer) are a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
