LORRY DRIVER

Job Description

• Drive lorries or trucks to transport goods, materials, or workers to and from work sites or designated locations.
• Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently.
• Inspect vehicle daily to ensure it is roadworthy and maintained in good condition (fuel, oil, water, tires, brakes, lights, etc.).
• Comply with Singapore's road traffic regulations and company policies.
• Maintain delivery records, logbooks, and obtain necessary signatures for delivered goods.
• Assist with securing loads and using proper safety equipment (ropes, canvas, straps).
• Perform basic vehicle troubleshooting and report any defects or breakdowns promptly.
• May assist with warehouse, site or general duties when not driving.
