Logistics Supervisor / Warehouse Supervisor (3PL)

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

• Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, drivers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and productivity.

• Coordinate closely with customers, transporters, and internal teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

• Plan manpower deployment and work schedules to support daily operational requirements.

• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company SOPs, and quality standards.

• Handle operational issues, customer complaints, and urgent situations, providing timely solutions.

• Prepare operational reports such as daily output, manpower usage, and performance metrics.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost control.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or 3PL operations.

• Prior experience in a supervisory or team-lead role is preferred.

• Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes.

• Basic knowledge of WMS / ERP systems is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational pressure.
