Equipment & Warehouse Specialist (Outdoor Training Operations)
Salary Range: $2,500 - $2,800 per month

Job Summary
The Equipment & Warehouse Specialist supports the operational readiness of outdoor and training programmes by managing logistics, inventory, and equipment. The role involves handling training gear, ensuring warehouse efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and supporting course operations as required.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment & Warehouse Operations
- Issue, receive, maintain, and track outdoor training gear such as ropes, tents, and expedition tools.
- Perform warehouse and goods-handling tasks safely and efficiently.
- Manage deliveries, inventory tracking, and transaction documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
- Ensure secure handling and compliance with operational and 5S standards.
- Support cargo loading/unloading, shipment consolidation, and offsite replenishments.
- Identify equipment maintenance needs and suggest operational improvements.
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Support process enhancement initiatives to improve equipment management and operational efficiency.
- Uphold environmental and operational standards in all warehouse activities.
Safety & Health (WSH)
- Conduct risk assessments related to equipment and storage areas.
- Report safety incidents promptly and recommend improvements.
Technology Application
- Operate digital warehouse tools and assist in implementing new technologies to improve operations.
Requirements
- GCE N/O/A Level or Higher NITEC/NITEC with 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Physically fit able to lift up to 25kg.
- Willing to work rotating shifts and support multiple sites.
- Forklift license preferred
- Passionate about outdoor training and operations.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
