Position: Logistics Specialist (Contract - 12months)
Location: Woodlands, Singapore (company transport provided)
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clean order processing and timely execution of shipments
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate logistics arrangements to meet delivery expectations
- Liaise with service providers to secure freight space for air and sea shipments
- Coordinate with Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection
- Prepare shipping documents for international shipments and domestic deliveries
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely uplift and on-time delivery to customers
- Resolve logistics and delivery issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle ad hoc tasks related to warehouse and logistics operations
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics / supply chain / shipping operations
- Experience handling both air and sea shipments
- Familiar with Incoterms and international shipping processes
- Hands-on experience in order processing, shipment coordination, and shipping documentation
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Good verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills
