Randstad is partnering with one of the renowned biotechnology company to recruit for 2x Senior Buyer. The buyer oversees the full procurement lifecycle, balancing cost-optimization with quality control to ensure a reliable supply chain.

about the job

• Operational Excellence: Execute purchase requisitions, orders, and change requests with high precision to ensure seamless supply chain flow.

• Inventory & Demand Alignment: Collaborate with Manufacturing and Planning teams to optimize stock levels and guarantee material availability for production.

• System Integrity: Oversee procurement data within SAP and ERP/MRP systems to maintain high levels of data accuracy and reliability.

• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize Power BI and Excel to build analytical dashboards that track supply chain trends, mitigate risks, and manage cost drivers.

• Strategic Planning: Conduct comprehensive demand and supply analysis to enhance forecast accuracy and overall inventory health.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Cultivate relationships with direct material suppliers and partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Ops) to align procurement with corporate goals.

skills and experience required

• Preferably individuals with at least 5 years of procurement experience
• Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Power BI) and ERP/MRP systems (SAP / Ariba)
