Responsibilities: -
- Take charge of project setups for new customer accounts, ensuring a seamless implementation and smooth handover to the operations team.
- Conduct ongoing business reviews with customers post-onboarding, focusing on relationship building and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and recommend KPI tracking frameworks, performance assessments, and operational improvement initiatives for customers.
- Work closely with internal teams across various business divisions to align strategies and leverage synergies for maximum impact.
- Lead customer meetings, deliver engaging presentations, and prepare professional sales materials and proposals.
- Prepare and submit regular reports in a timely manner, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Conduct data analysis and generate insights to support customer proposals and assist with internal decision-making.

Requirements: -
- Min Diploma in Logistics or other relevant study
- Min 3 yrs in charge of new warehouse setup or solution design for warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and report preparation.
