Job Title:Logistics Shipping Coordinator (1-Year Renewable Contract)
Location: AMK / 3 Changi North
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM | Sat, 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Salary: $2,000 - $2,300/month

We're looking for a dependable Order & Logistics Coordinator to ensure every order moves seamlessly from confirmation to delivery. If you have an eye for detail, thrive on structure, and enjoy being the dependable link between teams, customers, and partners, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Process and track customer orders through email or EDI
• Update and manage data using SAP, Oracle, or WMS systems
• Generate pick slips and coordinate with warehouse staff
• Arrange delivery bookings and prepare shipment documents (AWB, invoices, permits)
• Review and verify shipping details to prevent delays or errors
• Communicate with customers, freight partners, and internal teams to keep everyone aligned
• Maintain accurate records and audit-ready reports

What We're Looking For

• Experience in logistics, shipping, or order processing
• Comfortable using SAP, Oracle, or WMS platforms
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with stakeholders
