Logistics Services Officer

Responsibilities:

• Manage containerized and bulk vessel import/export shipments
• Coordinate with stakeholders (agents, clients, warehouses, service providers) for smooth operations
• Review and verify shipping documentation for regulatory and statutory compliance
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
• Work with clients and warehouse teams on daily operations scheduling and planning
• Monitor shipments and follow up to minimize potential shipping charges, resolve issues, delays, and discrepancies
• Apply for necessary permits, approvals, and passes through relevant authority systems
• Maintain accurate records in WMS and ensure proper physical filing
• Prepare and issue invoices to clients, verify and process service provider invoices
• Prepare shipment forecasts, identify risks, submit monthly reports, and support Finance on billing and reconciliation

Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field

• Experience in warehousing/logistics will be an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Proficient in MS Office and shipping software with strong organizational, multitasking, and attention to detail

• Ability to read/write Bahasa Malaysia for understanding customs documents is an added advantage
• Entry level candidates are welcome as training will be provided
