Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support logistics operations for loan, demo, and sample units.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics activities for B2B service and professional/medical equipment, ensuring service levels and operational targets are met.
  • Coordinate outbound logistics operations, including shipment planning and documentation.
  • Support trade documentation, including certificates of origin and export-related documents.
  • Provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders on logistics best practices, operational processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and internal policies.
  • Provide professional logistics advisory support for specialized shipments and business needs.
  • Monitor logistics performance, analyze operational data, and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external logistics service providers.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support logistics-related projects to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Perform other related duties as directed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications /Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end logistics operations, including outbound/inbound shipments and trade compliance.
  • Exposure to B2B operations, professional/medical equipment, or similar industries is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Good understanding of international shipping procedures, customs regulations, and trade documentation (e.g., certificates of origin, ATA Carnet).
  • Familiarity with logistics processes, operational best practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to monitor KPIs and optimize operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
