Duties and Responsibilities
- Support logistics operations for loan, demo, and sample units.
- Manage end-to-end logistics activities for B2B service and professional/medical equipment, ensuring service levels and operational targets are met.
- Coordinate outbound logistics operations, including shipment planning and documentation.
- Support trade documentation, including certificates of origin and export-related documents.
- Provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders on logistics best practices, operational processes, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and internal policies.
- Provide professional logistics advisory support for specialized shipments and business needs.
- Monitor logistics performance, analyze operational data, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external logistics service providers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support logistics-related projects to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Perform other related duties as directed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications /Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
- Experience in managing end-to-end logistics operations, including outbound/inbound shipments and trade compliance.
- Exposure to B2B operations, professional/medical equipment, or similar industries is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Good understanding of international shipping procedures, customs regulations, and trade documentation (e.g., certificates of origin, ATA Carnet).
- Familiarity with logistics processes, operational best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to monitor KPIs and optimize operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
