Job Summary
The Logistics & Sales Operations Executive is responsible for end-to-end order execution, logistics coordination, sales operations support, and inventory management. This role serves as a key liaison between Headquarters, freight forwarders, finance, warehouses, and distributors to ensure accurate documentation, compliant cross-border shipments, and efficient operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Execution & Document Management
Place timely and accurate orders to Headquarters.
Maintain, update, and distribute logistics documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Documents) to agents, distributors, and freight forwarders.
2. Logistics, Tax & Customs
Coordinate with freight forwarders on container haulage, shipment scheduling, and customs clearance to ensure smooth inbound and outbound movements.
Prepare and issue sea freight billings to distributors.
3. Sales Operations & Inventory
Prepare Delivery Orders (DOs) and generate Commercial Invoices for local and regional sales transactions.
Maintain real-time accuracy of the Master Inventory Sheet and warehouse-specific records
4. After-Sales & General Administration
Manage the RMA process, including defective product returns, replacements, and exchanges.
Process payment applications for warehouse charges, freight bills, and related operational expenses, while coordinating daily courier services (e.g., DHL) and handling ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
Proven experience in logistics administration, shipping coordination, supply chain operations, or a related field.
Technical & Functional Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Critical Requirement)
Strong understanding of shipping documentation, import/export procedures, and customs processes.
Familiarity with GST and basic trade compliance requirements is an advantage.
