Key Responsibilities
Responsible for Singapore Manufacturing Logistics , Raw Materials WHSE and Finished Goods Logistics Quality to enable seamless manufacturing & defect free shipments to customers.
Develop, implement, and maintain logistics quality processes comply with US, foreign tax and trade regulations
Lead and support continuous improvement projects.
Lead, support of Quality Non-Conformance & escalations from the manufacturing & customers in investigations, root cause analysis to problem solving using 8D.
Further development of quality requirements throughout the Business Segment logistics supply chain including those requirements applicable to 3PL, Packaging & Crating partners.
Enhance and apply logistics quality standards in accordance with company QMS and customer requirements.
Lead & support of periodic audits, Gemba to investigate and identify potential defects, root causes which would impact manufacturing and customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for continuous quality improvement of inbound and outbound material & system movements benchmark and implement industry best known methods.
Ensure compliance and control to applicable Quality Standards.
Prepares documentations for inspection/ testing procedures. Recommends corrective action for procedural, product, or process deficiencies.
Continued refinement of leading and lagging key process effectiveness and efficiency indicators.
Support Applied supply chain sustainability initiatives, and drive improved customer loyalty.
Work with multifunctional teams comprised of internal, external, and/or matrixed headcount to complete projects/programs.
Functional Knowledge
Quality tools to include: 8D ,FMEA, Fishbone, DMAIC, Analytic tools (e.g. Pareto Diagrams)
Storage, Handling, Freights, Packaging, Crating of Large size manufacturing equipment

Solves complex problems takes a new perspective on existing solutions exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

Anticipates business related issues recognizes strategic quality improvement opportunities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, logistics & other relevant fields of study
Good to have (not a must) certified in LEAN, ASQ, ISO, Project Management
At least 5 to 10 years of relevant experiences in relation to the Quality and/or Logistics/ Manufacturing
