We are seeking an experienced Logistics Executive to oversee and manage the efficient movement of goods from India to Singapore and locally in Singapore between our warehouse and customers. The person responsibility includes ensuring seamless port traffic handling and supply chain coordination. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international logistics, port operations, and customs clearance procedures, particularly with Indian and Singaporean ports. Excellent Microsoft office skills are mandatory. Having content management and ZOHO Investory management would be added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, focusing on cargo movement from India to Singapore.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and port authorities to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation for both Indian and Singaporean ports.
- Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Collaborate with suppliers, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Utilize data analytics to track shipment performance and improve operational efficiencies.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, port authorities, and logistics service providers.
- Oversee inventory management and warehouse operations to ensure smooth goods movement.
- Implement and enforce safety and quality standards within the logistics process.
