. Execute MRP runs in SAP and advise Purchasing on the timely procurement of materials.

. Plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of materials throughout the production cycle.

. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure on-time availability of materials.

. Monitor and collaborate with Production and Store to ensure smooth material flow.

. Update material arrival dates in the daily sales order/production order listing.

. Review daily inputs to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules.

. Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse to update and ensure timely ordering, receipt, and delivery of materials.

. Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve material shortages, capacity constraints, and order fulfillment issues through SAP analysis and cross-department coordination.
