We are looking for a hands-on Logistics OperationsSpecialist to plan daily operations and be actively involved on theground to ensure smooth delivery execution. This role requires bothcoordination and physical presence in operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and arrange daily delivery jobs and routes
- Deploy and coordinate drivers for daily operations
- Be on the ground to manage and support delivery operations
- Ensure deliveries are completed on time and according to plan
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in real-time
- Communicate with drivers, subcontractors, and clients
- Monitor daily performance and ensure service standards are met
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in delivery operations / logistics
- Hands-on and willing to be on the ground
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Must possess driving license
- Need to work on weekends and public holidays (staggered off days would be arranged)
