Logistics Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle assigned customers
2. Acknowledge new export CIF/CFR shipments and CO application from customer
3. Arrange booking with shipping line or co-loader while received orders from customer
4. Provide shipping schedule to customer's appointed warehouse
5. Provide booking confirmation to customer and alliance with warehouse, co-loader / carrier
6. Prepare required LC full set documentation for each shipment, such as BL preparation, bank draft & bene cert
7. Arrange loose cargo collection or container trucking
8. Prepare export permit declaration and COO endorsement
9. Monitor vessel movement & ATD, prepare and dispatch final documents to customer
10. Send pre-alerts to destination agent
11. Cost in all the invoices and prepare invoice billing to customer

Requirements

• Relevant work experience will be advantageous
• Self-discipline, initiative, and able to work independently
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer Service oriented
