Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee import/export documentation and operations across APAC markets.
  • Manage relationships with customs brokers, vendors, and trade associations.
  • Develop and maintain trade policies, SOPs, and audit programs.
  • Monitor compliance with trade regulations and duty/tax reimbursements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, retail, production) to resolve trade-related issues.
  • Support trade preference programs and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Lead implementation and maintenance of trade management platforms.
  • Analyse trade data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide training and guidance on trade operations across the organisation.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.
