Logistics Operations Intern

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Intern to support and manage daily delivery operations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, clients, and internal teams, while also handling administrative responsibilities to keep operations efficient and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily delivery jobs for van and bike drivers.
• Monitor real-time job progress and reassign tasks when necessary.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Maintain accurate records of drivers, vehicle servicing, and job completion.
• Assist in onboarding drivers, collecting required documents, and managing compliance records.
• Track and report operational KPIs, preparing weekly performance updates for management.
• Ensure compliance with LTA and MOM guidelines for fleet management and drivers.
• Provide administrative support related to logistics and operations.

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma in Operations, Logistics Management, or related field.
• Only Singaporeans and PR
• 0-2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or fleet coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics software/tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
