Our client is a global MNC in providing engineering solutions. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Logistics Operations Improvement Specialist to be part of their Logistics Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East - with transport pick up provided.
Duties of Logistics Operations Improvement Specialist:
- Drive improvements in warehouse and 3PL operations, ensuring optimal performance across regional hubs
- Manage and fine-tune WMS/TMS and ERP (SAP) configurations, including troubleshooting and support escalation
- Lead logistics and supply chain improvement initiatives using tools like Power BI, while ensuring alignment with global standards
- Monitor KPIs, cost performance, and safety metrics prepare regular productivity and financial reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to implement best practices and new technologies
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain related field
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in logistics operations, with involvement of supply chain improvement projects
- Experience in SAP system and AI tools such as PowerBI
