Job Summary

You will manage inventory and coordinate the preparation, packaging, and delivery of marine electronic spares to support service jobs. You will track shipments, optimize supply chain operations, and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth logistics and warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain accurate inventory records of spares to ensure stock availability
• Prepare spares for delivery and service jobs to meet operational schedules
• Arrange collection and delivery of spares to designated locations to support timely service
• Track spares shipments from local and overseas vendors to monitor delivery status
• Book couriers such as DHL or other modes to ensure reliable transportation of spares
• Label and package stocks into smaller units to facilitate handling and distribution
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to optimize logistics efficiency
• Use logistics IT systems to streamline procedures and improve workflow
• Keep detailed logs and records of spares issued to engineers for accountability
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness to support safe and efficient operations
• Use premises, assets, and communication channels effectively to support daily activities
• Perform any other job duties assigned by reporting managers to support team goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics or coordination roles within a maritime company
• Diploma or certification in any field
