Job Description:

. Update and maintain stock Inventory of Spares.

. Preparation of Spares for Delivery and Service Job.

. Arranging collection and delivery of Spares to designated place.

. Tracking of spares from vendors, both local and overseas.

. Booking of DHL or other mode of courier.

. Labelling, packaging of stocks into smaller units.

. Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.

. Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively.

. Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures.

. Keep logs and records of spares given to engineers.

. Maintaining warehouse

. Any other Job assigned by reporting managers

Work Experience Requirements:

. At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

. Logistics / coordination in a maritime Company

. Diploma or certification in any field.
