Warehouse Operations
Support daily inbound/outbound activities: receiving, sorting, loading, inventory checks
Ensure accuracy in picking, packing, sorting, and parcel deployment
Manage returns: inspect, sort, and process items efficiently
Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards and help resolve operational discrepancies
Dispatch Coordination & Driver Management
Plan and optimise delivery routes based on delivery waves, capacity, and operational constraints
Guide drivers on route sequencing and routing decisions
Monitor real-time delivery progress and resolve issues (delays, mis-sorts, rescues)
Support driver screening, onboarding, and manpower management during peak cycles
Identify SOP compliance gaps (drivers/subcontractors) and support improvements
Operational Support & Reporting
Prepare daily attendance, deployment, and performance reports
Prepare reconciliation reports to identify delivery/inventory discrepancies
Coordinate across fleet teams, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations
Identify workflow gaps and contribute to SOP/process improvements
Diploma and above preferred (Logistics / Operations / Supply Chain or related)
Able to operate in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment (warehouse + last-mile dispatch)
Strong coordination skills comfortable managing drivers and resolving exceptions in real-time
Basic competency in reporting (Excel/Google Sheets) and operational documentation
Willing to work early shift hours and Saturdays (half-day)
Mon to Fri: 7:00am - 4:00pm
Sat: 7:00am - 11:00am
Off on Public Holidays
1-hour lunch break (Mon-Fri)
