Job Description

  • Coordinate and oversee the daily logistics operations for import, export, and local delivery of food products.
  • Arrange transportation, shipping, and warehousing to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, permits, etc.).
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and update stock records in the system.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
  • Track shipments and provide status updates to clients and management.
  • Handle logistics-related issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly.
  • Support cost control by optimizing routes, freight charges, and warehouse usage.
  • Generate reports on logistics performance, shipment status, and inventory movement.
