We are looking for a Operations/Logistic Executive to assist the company in managing drivers and key customer accounts.
The Job Scope are as follows:
1. Recruitment and Managing of Drivers
2. Assigning of deliveries to drivers
3. Account handling of selected key customers
4. Customer Service Management for emails/livechats
5. Process improvement to increase productivity
6. On-boarding of new customers during intitial stage
7. Proposals to resolve challenges and issues
8. Any Other Assigned Tasks
Requirements:
1. Proactive attitude and Can-do personality
2. Good time management and multi-tasking
3. Know how to use Microsoft Excel/Word
4. Able to handle stress during peak seasons
5. Resourceful and like to suggest improvements
This position has a potential to be promoted to a team lead.
