LOGISTICS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and organized Logistics Executive to coordinate daily supply chain operations, including warehousing, inventory control, and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery and negotiate freight rates with forwarders
• Prepare, verify, and process complete shipping documentation such as bills of lading, packing lists, and certificates of origin
• Maintain accurate inventory levels by overseeing warehouse storage and reconciling stock discrepancies to prevent stock outs or overstocking
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouse staff, and transport providers to resolve bottlenecks, disputes, or delivery delays promptly
• Ensure compliance with local and international trade laws for import/export activities, customs clearances, and warehouse operations
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to optimize logistics costs and improve workflow efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in any discipline
• Valid Class 3/3A Driving License
• Ability to work shifts including day and night shifts
• Willingness to work beyond regular hours

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, shipping, or warehouse operations (fresh graduates may be considered for entry-level roles)
