Logistics Operations Executive

Location: 56 Loyang Way #05-01 Loyang Enterprise Building, 508775

Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon - Fri)

9am to 12.30pm (Alt Sat)

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely pickup and delivery according to scheduled timings

• Conduct daily vehicle checks before and after work

• Ensure all cargo is properly secured before moving off

• Perform loading and unloading of cargo in a safe and secure manner

• Carry out picking and packing of cargo

• Handle packaging materials and consignments in accordance with company procedures

• Assist with warehouse operations, including sorting, labelling, and preparation of goods for shipment

• Follow instructions related to Dangerous Goods (DG) handling, where applicable (training will be provided)

• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of vehicle and work area

• Perform any other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License

• Minimum 1 year of Class 3 driving experience in Singapore

• Able to communicate and write simple English

• Able to handle manual work (eg...carrying heavy load)

• Responsible, safety-conscious and able to work independently

• Willing to learn Dangerous Goods (DG) procedures and comply with safety requirements
