Job Description

  • Transportation & Freight Management: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, select carriers, plan delivery routes, and track transit status.
  • Inventory & Warehouse Tracking: Monitor stock levels, verify incoming/outgoing cargo, prevent stock outs or overstock, and maintain accurate records.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and review shipping invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs clearance paperwork.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot transit delays, cargo damages, inventory discrepancies, and carrier conflicts.
  • Reporting & KPIs: Track operational metrics, monitor logistics expenses, and generate performance reports for management
