Logistics Operations Executive (3PL Logistics MNC)

Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the 3PL Logistics sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Logistics Operations Executive to be part of their Operations team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the east - easily accessible.

The Logistics Operations Executive's responsible is:

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including inbound, storage, picking, and outbound operations.
• Coordinate with clients on orders, inventory management, and service requirements.
• Track key KPIs such as delivery performance, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment rates.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support WMS/TMS implementation, updates, and basic troubleshooting.
• Work with transport partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports with improvement recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost control.
• Supervise and support junior or contract staff when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Min 2 years of 3PL warehouse operations experience
• Familiar with WMS and inventory management
• Experience in leading a team
