Logistics Operation Executive (Noon Shift)

Working location : Singapore

Working Day: 5.5 working days (Alternate Sat/Sun)

Working time: 1pm-10pm

Job Description:

-Responsible for handling import and export customs clearance in compliance with relevant regulations.

-Classifies goods accurately using HS codes and calculates applicable duties and taxes.

-Prepares and verifies all required shipping and customs documentation.

-Liaises with customs authorities to ensure timely clearance of goods.

-Submits permit applications for imports and exports through systems.

-Coordinates with government agencies to obtain necessary licenses or approvals.

-Ensures all shipments meet local and international trade compliance requirements.

-Works closely with internal departments to support logistics operations.

-Communicates with clients, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to provide shipment updates and resolve issues.

-Maintains accurate records and supports audits or inspections by customs or trade authorities.

-Keeps up-to-date with customs laws, free trade agreements, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office

- Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude

- Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment

- Demonstrate an eye for details and ability to prioritize urgent tasks

- Expect overtime on a regular basis

- Individual without experience may apply as training will be provided as our cost
