Job SummaryThe hiring team is seeking a proactive Logistics Officer to support smooth end-to-end logistics operations. You will handle order processing, permit declarations, coordination across haulage, warehouse, and depot teams, and assist with reporting and billing to ensure timely execution of logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders and shipping documentation accurately, including permits and customer payments (using PSA HCS, CrimsonLogic, TradeNet, and other systems as required).
- Coordinate with haulage, warehouse, and depot teams to ensure timely cargo movement.
- Prepare operational and client reports (daily/monthly) and support billing preparation and reconciliation.
- Verify shipping documentation for accuracy and maintain system updates.
- Support ad-hoc logistics and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O-Level or A-Level.
- 2 years experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transport coordination preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office familiarity with PSA HCS, TradeNet, or CrimsonLogic is an advantage.
