• Salary range: up to S$2,800 (Depends on experience) + AWS + VB

About the Role

We are seeking a Logistics Officer to oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics operations of our organization. This role is key to ensuring the smooth flow of shipments, accuracy of documentation, and timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring documentation accuracy and timely submission.
• Perform system updates for all material movements (SAP system experience is an advantage).
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with warehouse teams, freight forwarders, and transporters to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and generate weekly/monthly stock reports.
• Support purchasing of indirect materials and process RMA documentation.
• Prepare delivery notes, arrange local deliveries, and release outgoing shipments.
• Drive continuous improvements in warehouse operations, safety, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Familiarity with SAP B1 is an advantage.
• Knowledge of logistics processes, route planning, and basic warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational skills with good decision-making abilities.
