Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipping processes, including documentation, freight troubleshooting, and forwarder coordination to ensure optimal delivery performance. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations and demonstrate a proactive approach to supporting customer requirements and monthly reporting within a dynamic team environment.
- Provide relevant data and analysis to the sales team throughout the shipping process
- Prepare necessary documents as needed for all customers for customs clearance
- Responsible for troubleshooting any concerns related to freight transportation
- Work with existing transportation forwarders on optimal delivery rate and routing
- Responsible for planning and tracking the shipment of products according to customers requirements
- Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate shipping documents for all necessary shipments
- Monitor shipments and ensure customer satisfaction
- Responsible for maintaining accurate logs of all transportation goods in the monthly shipping schedule
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative or operational duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
- Undertaking any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Company that are reasonably within your job scope
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or degree holder (Logistics-related background preferred, but not mandatory)
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations
- Able to work independently, responsibly, and be a good team player
- Willing to support overtime when needed (Overtime pay provided, up to 15 hours per month)
- Positive, open and optimistic personality
- Able to communicate in Mandarin will be a plus to communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Able to communicate in the Japanese language will be a plus to communicating with Japanese-speaking clients.
