Logistics Officer (Customer Service)

• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the smooth delivery of parts and service orders.

• Process sales orders accurately according to customer requirements to ensure timely delivery.

• Respond promptly to enquiries on products, services, and project tenders for local and overseas customers including Greater China.

• Prepare quotations, delivery orders, reports, and other sales-related documents to support sales operations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales information to support business tracking and reporting.

Job Requirements:

• O level & Above with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

• ITE/ Diploma in Logistics/ Shipping/ Admin with NO Experience is welcome to apply.

• 5 day work week (8.15am-6pm, Mon-Fri).
