Logistics Officer #3PL

Job Details:

- Up to $2,800 + AWS + VB
- Working days: Monday - Friday (Alternate Saturday)
- Working hours: 8:45am - 5:15pm (weekdays), 8:45am - 12:15pm (Sat)
- Location: Pioneer (Company transport provided at Lakeside MRT)

Job Scope:

• Perform order processing & permit declaration through System.
• Perform payment / courier service on behalf of customer.
• Perform shipping documentation and coordination with shipping line or agent.
• Perform warehouse, depot and transportation coordination with internal and external team.
• Provide customer's report (Daily or Monthly).
• Generate company's required reports (Daily or Monthly).
• Generate monthly TradeNet Major Exporter Scheme Import or Export report for customer.
• Perform Monthly accrual submission (Internal & External)
• Execute closure for all completed HCS orders in PSA HCS system.
• Check all PSA relevant charges are transmitted into PSA HCS system.
• Prepare and attach required receipts and emails for billing purpose. (Payment on Behalf, Miscellaneous charges)
