Logistics & Mobility Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

. Oversee and manage day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of services

. Plan, schedule, and optimize vehicle allocation, route planning, and manpower deployment

. Coordinate closely with drivers to ensure adherence to schedules, safety standards, and company policies

. Act as the main point of contact for clients, handle enquiries, resolve operational issues, and maintain strong client relationships

. Collect, analyze, and follow up on client feedback to improve service quality and operational efficiency

. Monitor daily operations and respond promptly to urgent or ad-hoc logistics requirements

. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports using MS Office tools

. Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and compliance requirements

. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and transport-related guidelines

. Support and guide the operations team to achieve service targets and KPIs

. Stand by as a Class 4 driver during an emergency or urgent situations when required

. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflow

Job Requirements:

. Must be qualified in Diploma or a Degree

. Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence and BDVL license.

. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Class 4 driver.

. Willing to drive vehicles with more than 40 seats.

. Willing to work night shifts and weekends.

. Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.

. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting)
