Duties:
- Responsible for managing end-to-end material and warehouse operations, including receiving and inspecting goods, ensuring correct quantity/quality, and overseeing picking, packing, storage layout, and inventory control.
- Supervises warehouse staff (pickers, packers, forklift drivers), conducts stock takes, and ensures accurate system transactions to match physical inventory.
- Handles import/export documentation, coordinates local and overseas deliveries with freight forwarders and transporters, maintains records of stock movements, prepares monthly reports, and supports audits and regulatory requirements.
- Works closely with project, construction, safety, client, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth material management for the site.
Working hours: Mon-Fri office hours
Requirements:
- Min Dip/ Deg in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any field of study
