Warehouse Operation LCL

Responsibilities

1. Manage daily warehouse operations for LCL cargo, including receiving, sorting, consolidation, and dispatch.
2. Coordinate stuffing and unstuffing of LCL shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of cargo.
3. Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely processing and compliance with schedules.
4. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation (DO, packing lists, cargo manifests).
5. Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and internal teams for smooth cargo flow.
6. Ensure proper cargo labeling, segregation, and storage according to handling requirements.
7. Enforce workplace safety, security, and compliance with warehouse SOPs and regulatory requirements.
8. Identify process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and turnaround time.

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma or relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations.
2. At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations with LCL cargo handling exposure.
3. Good knowledge of warehouse documentation and cargo handling procedures.
4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong coordination and communication skills.
