Job Summary
Lead and coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations while managing stakeholder relationships and supervising logistics teams to ensure efficient supply chain execution and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams to maintain seamless supply chain flow
- Act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, delivering regular updates and resolving issues promptly
- Manage client expectations by handling escalations and providing transparent communication
- Lead and supervise logistics teams by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a productive work environment
- Provide training and support to logistics staff to enhance team capabilities and operational efficiency
- Apply project management and planning skills to organize logistics activities and meet deadlines
- Utilize supply chain and logistics expertise to optimize processes and reduce costs
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with partners and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and resolve conflicts
- Analyze problems and make informed decisions to maintain smooth operations
- Operate logistics software to track shipments, inventory, and performance metrics

Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm
Sat: 8am-12pm (alternate Sat)
