Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Logistics Manager to oversee transportation, warehouse operations, and overall supply chain coordination. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in logistics planning, inventory management, and team supervision to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics and transportation operations.
- Supervise warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Manage inventory levels, track shipments, and optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Prepare reports, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights for management decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in logistics management, transport coordination, or warehouse supervision.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in part-time, full-time, or hybrid arrangements.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in multimodal transport operations and warehouse optimization.
