Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Logistics Manager to oversee transportation, warehouse operations, and overall supply chain coordination. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in logistics planning, inventory management, and team supervision to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics and transportation operations.
  • Supervise warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Manage inventory levels, track shipments, and optimize warehouse space utilization.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Prepare reports, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights for management decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in logistics management, transport coordination, or warehouse supervision.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in part-time, full-time, or hybrid arrangements.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in multimodal transport operations and warehouse optimization.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools.
