Job Description

  1. Operations Supervisor for a SME.
  2. Assist in daily operations
  3. Daily Rostering of staff to various sites according to contractual manpower requirements.
  4. Provide OJT to new staff and aid them in acclimatising to their role
  5. Assist and coach new staff according to operational demands and needs
  6. Link up with clientele first point of contact to address and solve daily operational issues
  7. Ensure efficient utilisation of manpower pool allocated
  8. Provide daily manpower report to Operations Manager
  9. Resolving of conflicts in a professional way
