LOGISTICS MANAGER

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Operations Management: Plan and manage warehouse, transportation, and shipping activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and optimize storage space.
• Carrier Management: Negotiate rates with suppliers and carriers to reduce costs.
• Process Improvement: Analyze logistics data (KPIs) to identify and implement improvements for efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise logistics staff, including warehouse personnel.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Several years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are crucial.

• Able to work for long hours period and night shift
