Responsibilities:
- Taking charge of all daily Distribution Centre operations across the region in all receiving, storage, picking & packing and other work in the DC.
- Ensuring operations are effectively supported for any production schedules, shipment requirements and warranty if any
- Manage inventory to ensure high accuracy through cycle, physical counts to ensure customers demand are met.
- Partnering with Trade Compliance, Quality, Planning, and Production teams to meet business requirement
- Manage any business partners or third-party logistics providers to ensure good business relationship.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of inventory and logistics transactions in Warehouse Management systems.
- Maximizing efficiency, layout, storage capacity and space utilization to optimize efficiency.
- Working close with safety team to ensure DC operations are operated in accordance to company safety policies and objective.
- Continuous seeking for improvement initiatives to enhance productivity & efficiency
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics with at least 8 years of Logistics experience
- Good knowledge of warehouse & manufacturing flow
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership and an operational individual
- Good communication skills to be able to effectively engage stakeholder & operations personnel.
