We're looking for a fun and motivated team player with a passion for logistics management to join our Fulfilment and Operations team on a full-time basis.
We offer attractive salary packages, benefits and career growth potential. The current position offered will be Logistics Manager or such other post as determined by the Employer, its holding company or its associate or subsidiary companies (together called the Group).
Responsibilities include:
- Manage daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
- Schedule and oversee logistics and operations team to meet the demands of the fulfilment centre, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimise overtime
- Meet regularly with operational team to review, analyse, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention
- Provide, manage and liaise logistics for events
- Strategically plan staffing budget based on expected volume
- Oversee inbound/outbound of stocks, warehousing enquiries, fulfilments, and distribution of customers orders to ensure smooth operations
- Manage fulfilment centres in compliance with the company's vivid vision
- Liaise with other departments (Design, Marketing and Customer Service) to ensure quick resolutions for any outstanding issues
- Conduct training for new trainees
- Develop and update the department training manual and SOPs
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
- Report to Superiors, Directors and assisting with any other matters required
Job requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
- Prior work experience in e-commerce preferred
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Class 3 Driving License
- Strong people skills
- Ability to work extended hours and on weekends as required
