Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Singapore, offering the flexibility to work from home on designated days. The Logistics Manager / Logistics Executive / Supply Chain Assistant will oversee daily logistics, supply chain processes, and inventory management. Responsibilities include coordinating the procurement of goods and services, optimizing supply chain operations, managing inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries, and collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders for efficient operations. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, resolving logistical issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to coordinate and optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes.
  • Strong skills in Inventory Management and Procurement to maintain stock levels, negotiate with suppliers, and forecast needs efficiently.
  • Experience in Customer Service to ensure effective communication and address client and vendor concerns in a professional manner.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot logistical challenges and implement efficient solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant logistics and procurement software is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in the entertainment or production industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
