Logistics Manager
We are looking for a Logistics Manager to join our football academy full-time, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting players, coaches, and staff. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, adaptable, and passionate about football.
Responsibilities:
- Manage team travel, accommodation, and transport for matches, training, and events.
- Oversee facilities, equipment, and kit logistics.
- Coordinate home and away match operations with staff and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with academy policies and competition regulations.
- Support budget management and cost efficiency in logistics planning.
- Work closely with coaches, medical staff, and management to meet operational needs.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Sports Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in logistics or operations, ideally in a sports environment.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics tools/software.
- Passion for football and supporting player development.
